Bake/Broiled Fish Not Fried for Older Women

Eating broiled or baked fish five times a week was found to reduce the risk of heart failure in older (50+) women by as much as 30%. Likewise, eating fried fish just once a week increased the risk of heart failure by almost 50%. While most of us don’t even eat fish once a week like we should. This study leaves no doubt of how important fish consumption is to your heart and how you should be cooking it.

    An economist’s guess is liable to become as effective as anybody else’s.
    An economist is experienced who will know tomorrow why the items he predicted yesterday didn’t happen today.
