Monounsaturated Fats May Lower Cognitive Decline in Women

Monounsaturated fat (MUFA) is commonly found in olive oil, avocadoes and nuts. A new study found that “MUFA intake was associated with lower cognitive decline.” According to the study, the “effect of MUFA intake was primarily in the visual and memory domains.”
