Vitamin D Lowers Risk of Diabetes

A new report shows that Vitamin D intake can lower the risk of diabetes. In the study, those with the highest level of Vitamin D showed risk reduction of 26% compared to those with the lowest levels of Vitamin D. The research suggests that the relationship may be does dependent in that the higher the Vitamin D level, the lower the risk of diabetes.
