Muscle Mass Lowers Diabetes Risk

There are many benefits to staying fit. Research has recently determined that “higher muscle mass (relative to body size) is associated with better insulin sensitivity and lower risk of PDM (prevalence of transitional/pre- or overt diabetes). This helps explain the correlation between those who are overweight and diabetic.

    And why does depression cause physical symptoms aswell as mental symptoms?
