Low Vitamin D Associated with Atherosclerosis

The carotid artery is the artery going up the neck to the brain and face. An atherosclerosis is  a narrowing or constriction of an artery. A recent study found that low vitamin D levels are associated with subclinical carotid atherosclerosis. Just one more reason to insure you get enough Vitamin D.

    Technically, the New Arby’s Burger has been on this 15%-green-earth for nigh two months now. My coworker even sang its praises before I so much as sank an incisor in one. Because I’ll be straight with you, foodies. I resisted change. (It’s not the first time.)

    recently I heard that deficiancy in D (1 or 3?)…. or one of the Ds, is contributor to Ostiopenia. ???????????????
