Consuming Curry Reduces Tendonitis Inflammation?

Drugs are the usual prescription for treating tendonitis inflammation. But a new study discovered a more natural approach. Researchers note that “these results demonstrate, for the first time, a potential role for curcumin in treating tendon inflammation.” Curcumin is found in the Indian spice turmeric and is what gives curry its yellow color.

    I don’t know who these reaserchers are but this fact has been known for centuries in indian medicine.I even remember an old indian patient who came to me with a sprained ankle on which he had applied a mixture of curcuma and olive oil wich had been as efficient as any NSAID cream .
