Seniors Can Improve Their Memory Fitness
A recent memory study of eighty year-olds tested a six week program that included “memory training, physical activity, stress reduction, and healthy diet.” At the end of the six weeks, those who participated in the program showed “significant improvements on objective measures of memory, including recognition of word pairs and retention of verbal information from list learning.” This study is one of many recent studies to demonstrate that diet and physical fitness have an impact on mental fitness.



Thanks for this report. I think that memory is not entirely dependent on age. I know that my grandfather has some clear recollection of his younger days.
