Curcumin for Cancer and Anti-Inflammation

There are a significant number of research studies on the value of curcumin in reducing the risk of cancer and for other chronic diseases. Curcumin is an extract from the spice turmeric that is found in the diets of people in India and Southeast Asia.

While the studies are very scientific (and hard to understand), an excellent article on the potential benefits of curcumin was published in the Dallas News website. Originally published two years ago, the article has been updated recently.

The article looks at the potential benefits of adding curcumin to your diet (or as a supplement) along with some caveats. Well worth reading especially for those who are looking for natural ways to protect themselves (and their loved ones) from the risk of cancer.

I found this article very informative.
However, I’d like to know which brand of herbal supplement that contains curcumin is best to purchase.
Jamieson Natural sources is what I see in most pharmacies.
I have not yet looked to see if the brand even contains the curcumin. Just wondering if there is a better brand out there to take.
    Thank You
