Apologies and Forgiveness Good for Your Health

It is critical to always remember to forgive and apologize. A new study found that “persons high in forgiveness displayed more rapid diastolic and mean arterial blood pressure recovery than persons low in forgiveness.” In addition, those who received an apology “displayed greater high frequency heart rate variability recovery compared to those who did not receive an apology.”
