Exercise Reduces Breast Cancer Risk?

A study of sedentary women age 50 to 74 years revealed that an adherence to a vigorous-intensity exercise program resulted in changes in hormones “that are consistent with a lower risk for postmenopausal breast cancer.” To achieve this benefit, the women did their cardio exercise for an average of 178 minutes per week over 3 ½ days.
