Vitamin D Reduces Pelvic Floor Disorders in Women

Researchers found that “higher vitamin D levels are associated with a decreased risk of pelvic floor disorders in women.” In addition, with higher vitamin D levels “the likelihood of urinary incontinence was significantly reduced in women 50 and older.” Just one more reason to ensure you get enough vitamin D.
