Thanks Bryan for the great information on the itparmonce of Vitamin D. I take a supplement everyday and thought that was enough, so I have some questions. How much time should we spend in the sun? What do we do here in this area during the winter when there is no sun? What if we burn easily in the summer months, what do you suggest?
