Non-Alcoholic Red Wine Reduces BP

Some studies have suggested that the consumption of red wine provided certain health benefits. A recent study from Spain found that “dealcoholized red wine decreases systolic and diastolic BP (blood pressure). The daily consumption of dealcoholized red wine could be useful for the prevention of low to moderate hypertension (high blood pressure).”

So the next time you look for a great wine to have with dinner, consider non-alcoholic red wine. While it may be lacking in alcohol, it does provide the benefit of helping to reduce your blood pressure.
